By 2012, the BII Georgia business incubator in Tbilisi will serve as a self - sustainable regional hub of expertise in knowledge - oriented business incubation and business incubator development. The business incubator concept will be replicated in other regions in Georgia. It will:

• Be recognized locally and nationally for expertise in incubating knowledge-oriented SME.
• Contribute to the diversification and enhanced competitiveness of the SME sector in Tbilisi and support the current phase of transition in Georgia.
• Contribute to the overall business and entrepreneurial climate in Tbilisi.
• Contribute to the generation of jobs inside and outside the business incubator.
• Permanently learn about the impact of its operation to the economy and society, and provide relevant information and expertise in this field to stakeholders.
• Become a learning organization.
• Promote collaboration among the stakeholder groups on the local level.
• Collaborate with other BDS (governmental and NGO) on the national and international level.
• Financially operate as a self-sustainable non-profit organization and NGO.
