42 GRADUSI LLC was founded in 2007 and entered the BII Georgia business incubator in 2008 as a very small company employing 3 people and providing medium level web development services to business clients. In the first months as a tenant, the company has passed through rigorous research and strategy development phase, improving all the sides of doing business: human resource management, marketing, sales, financial and company management, knowledge management and staff technical training.

After a year and half of its development inside the incubator, company 42 GRADUSI has achieved dramatic change of its way of doing the business. From the regular Georgian small web design company it has developed into the fast-growing company, one of the leaders on the market, becoming a knowledge-oriented and learning organization. Among the achievements of the company during 1.5 years in the incubator are:
